The pump has a ventilation channel (9) connecting the pump interior (3a) to the atmosphere. A lubricant feed pipe (6) has a section (6a), which partially extends through the pump drive shaft (3b), and the ventilation channel opens into this section. During a complete rotation of the drive shaft, this feed pipe section overlaps via an angle segment only, with another feed pipe section (6c). This second section extends in the pump housing area (3c) surrounding the drive shaft, and opens into the pump interior.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vakuumpumpe, insbesondere eine Flügelzellenvakuumpumpe, mit einer im Pumpeninnenraum mündenden und dabei eine Pumpen-Antriebswelle abschnittsweise zumindest teilweise durchquerenden Schmieröl-Zufuhrleitung, sowie mit einem den Pumpeninnenraum mit der Atmosphäre verbindenden Belüftungskanal. Erfindungsgemäß mündet der Belüftungskanal im die Pumpen-Antriebswelle zumindest teilweise durchquerenden Abschnitt der Schmieröl-Zufuhrleitung, der im Laufe einer vollständigen Umdrehung der Pumpen-Antriebswelle lediglich über einen Winkelsegmentbereich mit dem im die Pumpen-Antriebswelle umgebenden Pumpengehäuse verlaufenden und im Pumpeninnenraum mündenden Abschnitt der Schmieröl-Zufuhrleitung zur Deckung kommt. <IMAGE>
