[origin: WO0012385A1] The present invention relates to a method of autimatically feeding a separate wrapper in connection with a slitter-winder and an apparatus for practicing this method. In this method a web-like product, such as paper, is wrapped into a separate wrapper in connection with the reeling of the web. The wrapper (10) is wrapped around a web reel being completed so that the web being completed moves during the entire wrapping of the wrapper.
