[origin: DE19840682A1] The invention relates to a driving element used to receive a window which can be moved by means of a motor vehicle window control device. Said driving element can be connected to the window control device and exhibits at least one holding arm which can co-operate with the window and extends at least partially along one surface of the window. According to the invention, said driving element (1) is designed in such a way that a rotation torque is applied to said holding arm (11, 12) towards the surface (21, 22) of the window, when a force (F) is applied to the window in the lifting direction (H).
