Abstract (en)
[origin: WO0015988A1] The invention relates to an electromagnetic valve, consisting of a housing (1) and a sleeve-shaped housing section (1'), and a valve-closing member (11) which is guided in said housing (1), and which releases or closes a valve seat opening in the housing by means of a magnet armature (4), said magnet armature being actuated by a valve coil (8) and being applied to a magnet core (19). The housing or a part of the housing is produced from machining steel by machining. The housing (1) and the magnet core (19) consist of a material with identical, highly alloyed chromium and molybdenum constituents. The material from which the sleeve-shaped housing section is made consists of either a chromium-nickel-alloy or a highly alloyed chromium-molybdenum compound.
