Abstract (en)

In the vortex grinder which uses a vortex gas flow in addition to the opening (13) for the discharge in the sleeve (8) of the housing (5) which takes up the grinding material there is a further opening (14) associated with a device (17) with variable opening cross-section. Seen in the direction of rotation of the rotor the additional opening is set shortly behind the discharge opening. A vertical partition (19) in the cross section of the housing is set in the outlet pipe area (15) so that it runs tangentially from the inner restriction of the housing to the side of the outlet pipe closest to the additional opening.

2.1. Beim Vermahlen von Gut in Mühlen, die nach dem Prinzip der Zerkleinerung mittels Gaswirbeln arbeiten, besteht das Problem, daß ein Luftstrom durch die Mahlzone gezogen werden muß, der größer ist als der Luftstrom, der für das Vermahlen erforderlich und optimal ist. Dies wirkt sich negativ auf das Mahlergebnis bzw. auf die Größe der Mühle aus. Weiterhin wird das Gut beim Vermahlen stark erwärmt, was beitemperaturempfindlichen Gütern zu Schädigungen oder zu Störungen des Betriebs führen kann. Einmischen von Zusatzstoffen in das gemahlene Gut ist bisher nur in zusätzlichen Vorrichtungen möglich. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Mühle ohne die genannten Nachteile zu schaffen. 2.2. Im Aufnahmegehäuse (5) wird eine Öffnung (14) im Drehsinn des Rotors (7) kurz hinter dem Auslaß angeordnet und mit einer Vorrichtung (17) mit veränderbarem Öffnungsquerschnitt versehen. 2.3.
