[origin: EP1110875A2] The system for transporting bottles consists of a pallet and a bottle carrier with a rectangular base (2) which has seatings (5) to retain the bottles. A whole number of carrier sides (3, 4) fills a side of the pallet. The density of packing (number of bottles on a carrier divided by the area of its base) is greater than 100 bottles/m<2>.
