Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1110894A2] The method for folding sheets of paper (2, 3) comprises conveying them along a folding table (12) parallel to a folding gap (14) in its center. An endless belt (30) mounted above the table moves sets of folding blades (20a -20c) down so that they contact the paper along its entire length and press it into the folding gap. Independent claims is included for: (a) a device for folding sheets of paper; and (b) a printing machine incorporating the device.
