Abstract (en)
The positioning method has the electric motor (7) for the washing drum used for rotating the latter at a constant angular velocity, with disconnection of the electric motor when the washing drum reaches a defined position, selected so that the washing drum continues to rotate into a required target position using the inertia of the rotating system and/or the force resulting from the movement of the washing load in the washing drum. A position sensor (9) detects the actual washing drum position, for initiating a new drive phase with an adjusted motor cut-out point when the target position is not attained.

Zum Positionieren einer von einem Motor (7) angetriebenen Waschtrommel (2) einer Waschmaschine in eine Zielposition, in der eine am Mantel der Waschtrommel ausgebildete Be- und Entladeöffnung gegenüber einer Öffnung des Waschmaschinengehäuses (1) steht, ist der Motor (7) von einer Steuerung gesteuert, auf die ein Positionssensor (9) wirkt. Um die Zielposition auf technisch einfache Weise zuverlässig zu erreichen, wird die Waschtrommel (2) vom Motor (7) in einer Antriebsphase in eine Drehbewegung mit festgelegter, konstanter Winkelgeschwindigkeit gebracht. Der Motor (7) wird danach in einer vorbestimmten Abschaltposition der Waschtrommel (2) abgeschaltet, wobei die Abschaltposition so vorbestimmt ist, daß die Waschtrommel (2) ohne motorischen Antrieb bis in die Zielposition selbständig weiterdreht. <IMAGE>
