Abstract (en)
The cassette has a grease filter of non-metallic material (8) in the steam flow path between two separate metal grease filters (4,6) that form the covering sides of the filter cassette. The metal filters are of expanded metal and each covering side has at least one layer of expanded metal. A metal frame holds the edges of all the grease filters.
