Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0015092A1] Cleaning device for the wings (1, 2) of sliding windows or doors having front faces that overlap in closing position and frame profiles (4, 7, 8, 11; 4', 7', 8', 11') framing a glass (3, 3'),wherein at least the outer wing (1) is embodied as a sliding wing displaceable in a story frame (5) whose front frame profile (4) faces the inner wing (2). A stationary cleaning strip (18, 26) facing the outer sliding wing (1) is disposed on the story frame (5) on the outer side of the outer sliding wing (1) in the vicinity of its front face when placed in closing position, wherein at least one wiper strip (19, 20) is also provided whose length corresponds with the height of the glass (3; 3) of the relevant wing (2, 1), in addition to a cleaning liquid line (24) attached to a supply line (27, 28). Each cleaning liquid line (24) is connected to a pump (29) mounted in the story frame (5) by a supply line (27, 28) extending inside the story frame (5) and has spray holes (25) distributed along the strip (18, 26) in correspondence with the height of the glass (3, 3'). The supply line (27) connected to the cleaning trip (18) on the outer sliding wing (1) is formed by a flexible tube with an additional length (30) located in the story frame (5).
