Abstract (en)

The sofa or the chair (1) have a padded seat area (2), joined to a frame (5) and fitted with a textile cover. The back (3) and the single armrest (4), which have two wider and two narrower sides, are joined in an L-shape and are swivel mounted (7a,7b,7c) to vertical bars (6a,6b), positioned on top of the back edge of the seat area (2). When the item (1) shall be used for sitting on it, the wide side of the back part-armrest unit (3,4) is swiveled in a horizontal position, covering a wide area of the seat (2). After rotating the unit (3,4) in a right angle the wide side is positioned vertically. The sofa or the chair (1) can be used as a bed.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sitz- und/oder Liegevorrichtung (1), mit einer Sitz- bzw. Liegefläche (2) und einer Rückenlehne (3), wobei die Rückenlehne (3) und die Armlehne (4) mittels mehrerer Schwenkgelenke (7a, 7b, 7c) von einer vorderen Position in eine hintere Position schwenkbar ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung einen Beistelltisch (50, 50a, 50b) zum Beistellen an die erfindungsgemäße Sitz- und/oder Liegevorrichtung (1). <IMAGE>
