Die Erfindung betrifft eine Handhebelsteuerung für Motor- und Sportboote mit einem in zumindest einer Funktionsebene geführten Handhebel (5) mit Handgriff (21) zur Steuerung des Motors. Um dem Bootsführer das Manövrieren zu erleichtert, soll der Handhebel (5) oder sein Handgriff (21) um die Achse des Handhebels in beiden Drehrichtungen gegen Federwirkung verdrehbar gelagert sein und soll ein die Drehbewegung erfassender Sensor (23) vorgesehen sein, dessen Ausgangssignal ein Aggregat (24) zum Manövrieren steuert. <IMAGE>
