Abstract (en)
The machine comprises a positioning post (2) for bobbins (3) leaving a bobbin winding machine (1). Each bobbin is picked up by a robot arm (4) or similar and delivered to a turntable (5), where they are removed and palleted by a gripper (6), a piecer (7) with needles or similar, and a labelling post (8). The operation of the various posts and equipment is controlled by information management.

La présente invention concerne une machine de nouage, d'étiquetage et de palettisation de bobines en sortie de bobinoirs ou de toutes autres machines produisant des bobines de fils et le procédé mis en oeuvre par cette machine. Machine caractérisée en ce qu'elle est essentiellement constituée par un poste (2) de positionnement des bobines (3) en sortie d'un bobinoir (1) ou autre machine produisant des bobines et de coupe du fil de traîne, par un robot (4) ou analogue de saisie de la bobine (3), d'alimentation d'un plateau tournant (5) et de démontage des bobines dudit plateau tournant (5) et de palettisation, par un dispositif (6) de saisie, de positionnement, de maintien et de coupe à la longueur du fil de traîne, par un moyen (7) de nouage à aiguille, ou analogue, et par un poste (8) d'étiquetage, l'ensemble de ces postes et dispositifs étant commandés par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen de contrôle informatique. L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable de l'industrie textile, en particulier le traitement des bobines de fils. <IMAGE>
