[origin: EP1113128A1] The fixing system for an automobile strike plate with a steel sheet (9) comprises a support made from two superimposed plates (2,3). The lower plate is fixed to the sheet and the upper door plate to the strike plate. The two plates are stuck together with a vibration filtering cushion (1). The lower plate is fixed to the sheet by a screw (4), whose head (11) has a diameter greater than that of the lower plate hole (8) and greater than that of the upper plate hole (6). The screw has a double head (110,11), to serve as a safety retainer for the upper plate relative to the lower plate (2) in the event of a transverse force (F) being exerted on the strike plate.
