[origin: DE19842706A1] A multiple-band antenna switch includes a transmission branch and a reception branch arranged parallel to one another and connected to one another at a connection node (A). A transformation element (3) is arranged in the reception branch and causes a 'no-load' condition i.e. no current flow, of the reception branch at the node (A) in the transmission condition regarding at least one high-frequency (HF) useful frequency band. The transformation element (3) and the filter device (2) are mutually tuned such that, during transmission, a non-ohmic part of the input impedance of the transformation element (3) is largely compensated at the node point (A) in regard to at least one low-frequency (LF) useful band.
