[origin: EP1114682A2] The strip alignment machine (1) with angled rollers, at a roller stand, has the rollers mounted in upper and lower yokes with vertical movement settings to the upper yoke and its roller. The upper roller (6) is at a built-in component (8) which rides on the side pillars (2) of the frame, with four guide surfaces between integrated setting wedges or fitting bars. A setting wedge for the guide paths (9) is between the leading and trailing pillars, in the direction of material travel, set hydraulically by a double-action piston/cylinder unit. The other wedge is set mechanically. The built-in component (8) has a hollow shaft section (10) as a guide in the upper yoke (4), with a threaded nut (11) to work with a threaded spindle (12) for the vertical setting of the component (8). The threaded spindle (12) is linked to a double-action clamping piston/cylinder unit (15).
