The reinforcing strip holder consists of a rod (10) fastened to the back of the retaining wall (2) by a strip (16) of a plastic material with looped ends (11A, 11B) for the rod. The strip can be fitted to the retaining wall using a template with flanges for the loops and a spacer to ensure the loop ends are parallel.
