The transmission includes a rotary member (1) carried in bearings with respect to a second rotary bearing (2) so as to be pivotal about an axis (3). A spindle (4) is provided which is concentric with the axis (3) and on which a pull member (5), consisting of a steel strip or of a steel cable, is arranged in such a manner that it may be wound on the axis. The pull member is firmly attached to the spindle. Starting from the spindle, the pull member extends past a deflection pulley (7) which is arranged on the second rotary member (2) so as to be pivotal about an axis (7a) to a drop cam (8) which is firmly connected to the first rotary member (1). Independent claims are included for a device for adjusting the phase angle shift of a camshaft of an internal combustion engine in which the camshaft is adjustable relative to a drive gear.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Getriebe zur Verstellung eines ersten Drehglieds (1) gegenüber einem zweiten Drehglied (2), mit einer Antriebswelle (11), die konzentrisch zu dem ersten und dem zweiten Drehglied (1, 2) ist. Ein großes Untersetzungsverhältnis bei geringen Abmessungen und robuster Ausführung kann dadurch erreicht werden, dass die Antriebswelle (11) mit einer Spindel (4, 4a, 4b) verbunden ist, auf der ein Zugglied (5; 5aa, 5ab; 5ba, 5bb) aufgewickelt ist, und dass ein Ende des Zugglieds (5; 5aa, 5ab; 5ba, 5bb) mit dem ersten Drehglied (1) fest verbunden ist, und dass das Zugglied (5; 5aa, 5ab; 5ba, 5bb) um mindestens eine Umlenkrolle (7; 7a, 7b, 7c) umgelenkt ist, die mit dem zweiten Drehglied (2) fest verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
