[origin: WO0017588A1] The invention relates to a single-circuit cooling system (10) comprising a reservoir (13) which can be optionally connected in the cooling circuit thereof with the aid of reversing means (14) and which is provided for accommodating cooling media. The cooling system also comprises at least two evaporators (22, 28) of which the downstream, series-connected evaporator (28) remains at least largely free from liquid cooling media when the reservoir (13) is impinged upon by liquid cooling media. The upstream, series-connected evaporator (22) comprises a cooling medium channel arrangement (20) which is at least largely equipped with accumulating means (23, 24) that serve to buffer liquid cooling media.
