Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1116532A2] The arrangement has a device for feeding the wire (1). The wire piece is held and clipped into the carrier belt (3) using a restraining device (10) and a spring base (4) that are mounted to be sprung in opposite directions. The spring base can be locked by a locking device and a cutting tool (12) is provided for cutting the wire. The restraining device springing is arranged between an upper tool plate and the restraining device.
