Abstract (en)
Cigarette packs include thermal internal sealing to protect the product against deterioration from the effect of heat and pressure and during the manufacturing process, a cut for the support-insert (14) is made as a U-shaped configuration in the region of a frontal face and in the region of the long side faces by U-shaped folding partly around the cigarette group(11). A cutting of thermally sealable foil or film is folded around the unit consisting of the cigarette group and the support insert (14) for forming the encapsulation.

Zur Herstellung von (Zigaretten-)Packungen mit einer (Innen-) Umhüllung aus thermisch siegelbarer Folie und durch Siegeln miteinander verbundenen Faltlappen wird zunächst eine Zigarettengruppe (11) von einem Zuschnitt der Umhüllung umgeben und nach Vollendung der erforderlichen Faltungen einem Siegelrevolver (48) zugeführt. Im Bereich desselben werden Faltlappen an seitwärts gerichteten Seitenwänden sowie an radial nach außen gerichteten Stirnwänden der gefalteten Umhüllung gesiegelt. <IMAGE>
