Abstract (en)
The shaft holds an inner, spaced smoke pipe (2) or exhaust pipe for boiler units. The shaft has prefabricated shaft elements (6), which are aligned and connected at their end faces (7). The shaft elements are made of a foamed ceramic material based on aluminium oxide and silicon oxide with water glass as a binding agent. Preferably, the foamed ceramic material also has inorganic filler and up to 35% w/w of chemically bound crystal water.

Ein Schacht (1) dient zur Aufnahme eines innenliegenden, mit Abstand zur Schachtinnenwand (4) angeordneten Rauchrohres (2) oder einer Abgasleitung für Feuerungsanlagen. Der Schacht (1) besteht aus miteinander fluchtenden und jeweils stirnseitig miteinander verbundenen, vorgefertigten Schachtelementen (6). Die Schachtelemente (6) bestehen aus geschäumtem Keramikmaterial auf der Basis von Aluminiumoxid und Siliciumoxid mit Wasserglas als Bindemittel. Benachbarte Schachtelemente (6) sind jeweils durch einen gemeinsamen ringförmigen Verbindungsnippel (9) miteinander verbunden, der in Ringnuten (8) aufeinanderstoßender Stirnflächen (7) der Schachtelemente (6) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
