Abstract (en)
The compensator for the weight of a door moving upwards or downwards due to the rotation of a shaft (9) having two threads (10,12) comprises a spring (14) able to be compressed or expanded between two stops (11,13). The stops which can translate during rotation of the shaft are composed of rotationally immobilized nuts. The threads on the shaft have a different pitch to those of the nuts.
