The sliding window carriage comprises a metal body (24), rollers (27) and a support for the window comprising a rigid thermally insulating support (25,26). The metal body and each support element have combined fitting structures to which are connected vertical locking means (38,39) which prevent relative vertical sliding of the support element and metal body. An Independent claim is also included for the manufacturing method of the carriage.

L'invention concerne un chariot pour ouvrant coulissant notamment adapté à un ouvrant à rupture de pont thermique- comprenant au moins un corps métallique rigide (24), des moyens de roulement (27), et des moyens de support de l'ouvrant comportant au moins un élément support (25, 26) en matériau rigide thermiquement isolant et des moyens d'assemblage de chaque élément support (25, 26) au corps métallique (24), adaptés pour que l'ouvrant soit porté par le corps métallique par l'intermédiaire du(des) élément(s) support(s). En particulier, le corps métallique (24) et chaque élément support (25, 26) présentent des structures d'emboîtement conjuguées (28, 29, 30, 31) auquelles sont associés des moyens de blocage vertical (38, 39) en vue d'interdire le glissement vertical relatif dudit élément support et du corps métallique. L'invention s'étend à un procédé de fabrication d'un tel chariot caractérisé en ce que l'on assemble un profilé métallique et au moins un profilé isolant en emboîtant et en sertissant leurs structures d'emboîtement conjuguées, de façon à former un profilé bicomposant rigide que l'on tronçonne ensuite transversalement pour obtenir des chariots. <IMAGE>
