Abstract (en)
The fastening (1) for a boot (2) on a snowboard (3) or other item of sports equipment has side (16, 17) and rear (20) supports and a single cross-strap (22). The cross-strap has two fastening points (34, 40) on one of the side supports and one fastening point on the other. One of the two fastening points is located close to the ankle and the other on a level with the metartarsal joint. The strap is in two sections fastened by an adjustable coupling with a rack and locking member.
