The lift system has a drive unit at the top of the lift shaft, with a drive pulley (4.1) to drive the lift cabin with counterweights on guide elements by means of cables (5), and with a cable plane passing through the parallel stressed cables which is turned about its longitudinal axis before and after the drive pulley.
