Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1118746A2] To close the blinds the slats (2) which run at their ends in side rails are removed individually from the top or bottom by means of the slat supports (3) from the slat packet (7) which is mounted in the top or bottom area and remains there until all the slats are extended out. The slats are then moved down or up accordingly into the closed position. The slat support is held in a circumferential conveyor member (4) which can be a conveyor chain or steel belt.
