Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1118973A2] The arrangement has a compound plate in front of the light source and reflection mirror with an electrochromic element (4e) between two transparent plates (4i,4r). The electrochromic element is electrically driven to be transparent when the signal lamp is switched on and to be opaque when the signal lamp is switched off. The compound plate can form the covering panel.
