[origin: EP1120147A2] The counter line (1,1 asterisk ) has at least two bearer cables (2,2',2'') supporting a load, which run over a collecting roller (4) and are fixed to a counter weight (6). The counter weight position can be adjusted, to raise or lower the load, using a chain (10), which is guided over a drive unit (12) to the counter weight. A drive (16,16 asterisk ,18,18 asterisk ) has its drive torque transferred to the cable positively or non-positively over the drive unit. An Independent claim is included for an arrangement of counter lines.
