Abstract (en)
The heating pipe cleaning device uses a cleaning pipe (2) with a steam exit opening (7) at its front end (30), formed in a number of telescopic pipe sections (9',9'',9''',..) for insertion in the housing enclosing the steam generation space, for blasting steam through the heating pipes for soot removal. The extension of the telescopic pipe sections can be effected via a mechanical and/or hydraulic length adjustment system, with the maximum projection into the steam generation space corresponding to half the depth of the latter.

Um eine Reinigungsanordnung von Heizrohren eines Dampferzeugers, mit einem Reinigungsrohr (2), das in einem vorderen Bereich (30) eine Dampfaustrittsöffnung (7) aufweist, durch die die Heizrohre des Dampferzeugers zu beblasen sind, und das über zumindest eine Durchführungsöffnung (3) in ein den Dampferzeugerraum (5) aufweisendes Gehäuse (4) einführbar ist, so auszubilden, daß sie wenig Lagerraum in Anspruch nimmt, wird vorgeschlagen, daß mehrere vorbestimmte Längen (8) des in das Gehäuse (4) einführbaren Reinigungsrohrs (2) mittels dafür vorgesehener Rohrabschnitte (9', 9", 9"', 9<IV>) einstellbar sind. <IMAGE>
