Abstract (en)
The safety relay application has the phases of the 3-phase supply network switched directly by connection to respective load contacts (23,24,25) of the relay, cooperating with at least one control contact (21,22). The load contacts are each provided by 2 contact springs (a,b), having a contact head (47), a contact foot fitted to a carrier (12) and at least one pin associated with the contact foot. An Independent claim for a safety relay is also included.

Ein zwangsgeführtes Sicherheits-Relais (11) mit wenigstens drei Lastkontakten (23,24,25) und wenigstens einem Steuerkontakt (21,22) wird zum direkten Schalten von den drei Phasen eines dreiphasigen Versorgungsnetzes genutzt. Dazu sind die Lastkontakte durch eine rechteckig um die ebenflächigen Kontaktfedern (23a,b, 24,a,b, 25a,b) mäandernde Trennwand (65) abgekammert, um einer Relativspannung von 400 V standzuhalten. Die Kontaktfedern (23a,b, 24,a,b, 25a,b) besitzen einen Kontaktkopf (47) und einen in das Trägerteil (12) eingesetzten Federfuss, wobei bei den stärker als die Steuerkontakte (21,22) ausgelegten Lastkontakten (23,24,25) der Federfuss mit zwei Pins (73) versehen und randständig, der Kontaktkopf (47) jedoch mittig bezüglich Relais-Trägerteil (12) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
