Abstract (en)
[origin: US6443477B2] A ski binding comprises a slide (2) fixed on the ski and a sliding base (4). The binding is equipped with a ski brake which can be demounted and remounted. The brake has rigid retention means in the form of two hooks (23, 24). The two hooks engage, by virtue of a longitudinal (L) then transverse (T) engagement movement, two projections (33, 34) located on a reinforcement frame (31) fastened to the base (4).
