[origin: DE10001482A1] The filler element (1) at least one gas path formed by a gas channel in the housing and a gas channel provided in an interchangeable insert (5) of a first type having gas flow control elements whilst an insert (5a) of a second type is also provided which does not have gas flow control elements but can be used on the filler element in place of the first insert.
