Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a portable device for transmitting sound, comprising a housing and at least one sound-transmitting means. Said sound-transmitting means is located on the body of a person in such a way as to produce a sound transmission path from the sound-transmitting means to the ossicles of the person via the Eustachian tube. Each sound-transmitting means is surrounded by at least one tube-like device that is configured in such a way that it is open in the direction of the body of the person, so that the tube-like device forms an acoustic chamber between the sound-transmitting means and the body of the person.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine tragbare Vorrichtung zur Übertragung von Schall mit einem Gehäuse und mindestens einem Schallübertragungsmittel, wobei das Schallübertragungsmittel am Körper einer Person angeordnet ist, derart, daß sich ein Schallübertragungsweg vom Schallübertragungsmittel über die Eustachi-Röhre zu den Gehörknöchelchen der Person ergibt. Das Schallübertragungsmittel ist dabei jeweils von mindestens einer in Richtung des Körpers der Person offen ausgebildeten, röhrenartigen Vorrichtung umgeben, so daß die röhrenartige Vorrichtung einen Schallraum zwischen dem Schallübertragungsmittel und dem Körper der Person ausbildet. <IMAGE>
