[origin: FR2784671A1] Titanozeolite compounds are obtained with a crystalline orthorhombic structure and a characteristic X-ray diffraction diagram .The preparation is carried out in a fluoride medium and in the presence of a structuring agent. The process of preparation consists of: (a) impregnation of an amorphous xerogel (TiO2-SiO2) with a solution containing a structuring agent and a mobility agent F; (b) heating of the reaction mixture to the crystallisation temperature of the zeolite; (c) recovery and calcination of the zeolite obtained. The xerogel is obtained by acid hydrolysis of a silicon source and addition of a titanium source, producing a sol which is then gelified by addition of a base or by heating, and finally drying of the gel. Independent claims are also included for the product formed and its use as a catalyst.
