Abstract (en)
The snow shoe has a base plate (1) with a tilting boot binding (6) with a pivot hinge (7,8) in its front section connected to the base plate. The base plate has a recess (2) below the tilt point to receive a turning plate (3). The turning plate is smooth on one side and has ribs (12) on the other. The plate provides a smooth running surface contiguous with the running surface of the shoe and the ribs can be extended when required to prevent sliding backwards.

Es wird ein Schneeschuh vorgeschlagen mit einer Grundplatte 1, die eine zentrale Ausnehmung 2 aufweist, in welcher eine Wendeplatte 3 über ein Rastersystem umkehrbar einbaubar ist, wobei diese Wendeplatte 3 in der einen Einbaulage für das Ansteigen auf der Unterseite Steigkrallen 12 aufweist, während sie in der anderen Einbaulage für Abfahrt eine glatte Oberfläche aufweist, welche mit der Unterseite 5 der Grundplatte 1 eine Ebene bildet. <IMAGE>
