[origin: EP1124063A2] The pilot-controlled non-return valve (10), in a hydraulic control system, has a seal (16) which wholly surrounds the sealing ball (15) and seals the control line (11) from the two valve connections (12,13). The second valve connection (13) opens into the valve between the seal (16) and the valve seat (14). The seal (16) is contained within a groove (18), open inwards, at the level of the equator of the sealing ball (15) in relation to the direction of the ball stroke movements (17).
