Abstract (en)
[origin: WO0067652A2] A two-part implant which is used to provide operative treatment of femoral neck fractures, comprising a sliding screw that has a threaded head on the front end thereof and a bolt which extends beyond the surface of the fracture, whereby a sliding bushing having an inserted thread on the outer periphery thereof is screwed into the other part of the bone. The two-part sliding screw is positioned in a minimally invasive manner. A stop device is arranged in between both parts to ensure that only one part can be displaced axially towards the other in a single direction.
