Abstract (en)
The apparatus to give a yarn reserve and/or an end winding to a wound bobbin, at an open-end spinner, has a yarn guide (5) at the spinning station which has an independent movement and free positioning from the other working positions. The lever forms part of the wound yarn structure and is moved into place for an adjustable time span to form a yarn reserve and/or an end winding at the bobbin. To form the yarn reserve and/or the end winding, the yarn laying lever (5) is moved outside the range of the wound yarns on the bobbin. The yarn reserve is formed by an adjustable number of windings, laid by the laying lever (5). As the yarn reserve is laid, the laying lever (5) is given a slight reciprocating movement. To form an end winding, the laying lever (5) positions the yarn within the normal bobbin winding range, and the end winding is laid with a reduced yarn tension and at a smaller intersection angle than in the normal winding of a cross wound bobbin. The laying lever (5) can also be positioned outside the normal winding range, for the end winding, and the bobbin rotary speed is increased corresponding to the diameter of the bobbin sleeve (19). The end winding is made at the same end of the bobbin sleeve (19) as the yarn reserve.

Die Vorrichtung dient zur Erstellung einer Fadenreserve (F) und/oder einer Endwicklung (E) auf einer eine Fadenverlegung aufweisenden Aufwickelvorrichtung einer OE-Spinnmaschine. An der Spinnstelle ist ein frei positionierbarer und unabhängig von anderen Arbeitspositionen bewegbarer Fadenführer (5) vorgesehen, welcher Teil der Fadenverlegung bildet und für die Erstellung einer Fadenreserve und/oder einer Endwicklung für eine einstellbare Zeit an der dafür vorgesehenen Stelle positionierbar ist. Durch die Verwendung des ohnehin vorhandenen Fadenführers (5) der Fadenverlegung für die Erstellung der Fadenreserve und/ oder der Endwicklung sind für die Fadenreserve und die Endwicklung keinerlei zusätzliche mechanische Mittel erforderlich. <IMAGE>
