[origin: DE10006587A1] The adjustable hinge includes an adjusting screw (1) in the form of a threaded pin for adjusting the mutual spacing between hinge arm (14) and setting plate (11). The threaded pin has at one end a device for detachably coupling with a tool and at the other end a plate of larger diameter so that the underneath surface of this plate rests on the base plate (8) to which the hinge arm is connected whilst the edge of the oblong hole in the setting plate rests on the top surface of said plate .
