Abstract (en)

The spring unit for adjusting the support of a user's weight on an office chair comprises a main spring (12) and several auxiliary springs (17 - 19). All the springs are mounted on a connecting bar (13) at their bases and a slide (16) at the top allows the auxiliary springs to be individually or collectively linked with the main spring. An Independent claim is included for a chair incorporating the spring unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Federeinheit (11) zur Gewichtseinstellung eines Stuhls (1), insbesondere eines Bürostuhls, mit einer Gasfeder (12) und mit einer Anzahl von weiteren Federelement (17,18,19;27,28), die der Gasfeder (12) einzeln oder in Kombination zuschaltbar sind.
