High pressure sintering furnace comprises: outer housing (32); charging chamber (24); heater (26) partially surrounding charging chamber; heat insulation (27) arranged between heater and outer housing; chamber (75) filled with gas arranged between heat insulation and outer housing; and cooling device (65-67) arranged between heat insulation and outer housing. Preferred Features: Cooling device is arranged asymmetrical to horizontal and/or vertical axis of furnace. The cooling device is provided only in a partial region of the furnace and contains copper and/or graphite. The outer housing is a cylindrical steel casing.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hochdrucksinterofen, der nach Beendigung des Sinterprozesses schnell abgekühlt werden kann. Die Abkühlung wird dadurch beschleunigt, dass in dem Sinterofen ein inertes Gas zum Zirkulieren gebracht wird, das seine Wärme an einen Wärmetauscher abgibt und dass die Kühleinrichtung asymmetrisch zur Achse des Hochdruksinterofens angeordnet ist.
