A method for manufacturing a fascicle and the like with a diskette and the like inserted therein, comprising the steps of: providing an envelope (1) which forms a region (2) for containing a diskette (3) and the like which is bordered, on at least two mutually perpendicular sides, by a border band (7); inserting a diskette (3) in the envelope (1); superimposing the envelope (1) with the diskette (3) on a stack of sheets (10) to be joined to form a fascicle; applying a cover (15) for containing the sheets (10); and trimming the edges of the sheets, applying pressure to the stack of sheets except for the region affected by the diskette (3). <IMAGE>
