[origin: JP2001247258A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a conventional working part of a textile machine for producing a cheese. SOLUTION: This device starts the operation of the working part 2 for producing the cheese 11, particularly after the exchange of a batch. The working part has a bobbin frame 18 rotatably holding a cheese winding tube 34, a splice device for binding thread ends, and a catch tube 24 for inserting the thread ends into the splice device. A device 26 for temporarily supporting a thread 28 cut in short by a cutter 30, and a handling device 1 are mounted. The handling device can convey the short thread 18 to a fastening and cutting device 23 within a range of the bobbin frame 18.
