Abstract (en)

To produce a fiberboard material, cellulose fiber flocks and a solvent are fed into the process separately, to be mixed together before the molding station and while they are moving to the molding station. At least the cellulose flocks are under a high pressure at the molding station to form a moist fiber web. The bonding agent has a water base, and is mixed with the cellulose flocks at least partially and at least partially with the solvent before the application. The solvent is preferably water. The cellulose fiber flocks are applied in a spray action, carried pneumatically or mechanically to the applicator jet. The solvent is applied as a mist. The cellulose fiber flocks are under a high pressure, to be mixed with the solvent mist and laid. The cellulose fiber flocks are treated in advance with a chemical additive. The cellulose fiber flocks are formed by shredding. The moist fiber web is placed in the molding station on a web underlay, and is evened out and compressed. The pressed material is dried at the molding station by hot air flowing through it and with a suction point below. The side edges are shaped at the molding station by compressed air. Other fiber types can be mixed in by an additional applicator. An Independent claim is included for a fiberboard production assembly with an ejection station at least for cellulose fiber flocks, a delivery unit over a molding station (1) and at least one drying unit. Preferred Features: The ejection station has a delivery jet (6) combined with a water mist jet (7). The assembly has a mechanical pressure generating unit. The molding station has a continuous belt (2), which is air permeable to take a laid web (9). The drying station has a hot air jet system. A suction unit is under the molding station. The assembly has a press to compress the material, and at least one blower (11) to form the side edges.

Abstract (de)

Ausgehend vom vorbeschriebenen Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Formteilen, insbesondere Verbundfaserplatten, bereitzustellen, mit welchem leichte Platten mit einem hochgradigen mechanischen Verbund herstellbar sind. Weiterhin soll mit der Erfindung eine neuartige Faserverbundplatte vorgeschlagen werden. Verfahrensseitig wird zur technischen Lösung dieser Aufgabe vorgeschlagen, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Formelementen, insbesondere Faserverbundplatten, wobei ein wenigstens aus den Komponenten Zellulosefaserflocken, Bindemittel und Lösungsmittel bestehendes Gemenge auf eine Formstation aufgebracht und getrocknet wird
