[origin: EP1128015A2] The double glazed window or door has a leaf (12) and a frame (14) with slide carriages (40,42) for the leaf. An extension drive is provided under the leaf and frame, connected to a coupling rod (44) between the carriages. A drive (24,32) opens and closes the window or door.
