[origin: JP2001244393A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cheap, easy and sure combination of the semiconductor module and the cooler by means of improving the spring clips 4 and 5 for fixing the cooler 1 to the semiconductor module 2. SOLUTION: This solution installs at least one of the sides that are conformed to the first spring clip acceptors 3a, 3b, 3c and/or the second spring clip acceptors 3d, 3e of the cooler 1 for fixing automatically in the first and/or second spring clip acceptors 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, at least under the tightening condition that the semiconductor module 2 is combined with the cooler 1 by the spring clips 4 and 5.

Zur Befestigung eines Halbleitermoduls (2) an einem Kühlkörper (1) werden das Halbleitermodul (2) und der Kühlkörper (1) mittels einer oder mehrerer Klammern (4) aus Federmaterial, d. h. Federklammern (4), zusammengeklemmt. Diese Befestigung wird bevorzugt durch eine aufeinander abgestimmte Form der Federklammern (4) und Kühlkörper (1) bzw. Halbleitermodule (2) weiter optimiert. Eine jeweilige Verbindung Klammer- und Kühlkörper bzw. Halbleitermodul erfolgt vorteilhafterweise so, dass die Federklammer (4) in eine jeweilige Federklammeraufnahme (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) eingesetzt werden kann, und selbsttätig am/im Kühlkörper (1) bzw. Halbleitermodul (2) hält. <IMAGE>
