[origin: DE10008932A1] An electrical plug has a plug body (1) with contact pins (9) and a plug casing forming a fastening part (2). A retaining gap (3) for a foil conductor (4) fits between the plug body and the fastening part. One part of the contact pins carries one or more contact elements (10) protruding into the retaining gap to make contact with a foil conductor strip.
