[origin: WO0029076A1] The invention relates to a flexible connection (1) for arrangement between a sports device (2) and a support area (5) for a foot of a user. Said support area (5) can be swiveled about an axis which is substantially parallel to the ankle joint of the foot and which can be adjusted in at least one partial area assigned to the balls of the toes to a position closer to the sports device (2). Said support area can be fixed to the sports device via a connection element (11) which is flexible and which can be deformed and then resumes its original form in a vertical plane (8).
