Abstract (en)

The edge plate (1) has a hollow cavity (2) for the catch-bolt of the lock mounted in the door. In front of the catch bolt, in the direction in which the door is shut, is a stop-edge (3) against which the catch bolt strikes when the door is shut. The stop-edge is in the form of an insert (4) made of material damping the noise of the striking surface. The insert is detachably fixed to a U-shaped cover (5) with a passage (6) for the catch bolt. A hollow cavity (7) containing a lock-bolt has another stop-edge (8) as part of the insert and made of sound-absorbent material with a passage(9) for the bolt.

Abstract (de)

Es wird ein Schließblech für Türzargen bzw. ein Einsatz für integrale Türzargen mit einem Schließbereich beschrieben, welches bzw. welcher einen Fallenaufnahmehohlraum (2) zur Aufnahme einer Schloßfalle eines in einer Tür montierten Schlosses aufweist, wobei in Türschließrichtung (R) vor dem Fallenaufnahmehohlraum (2) eine Anschlagkante (3) vorhanden ist, an welche die Schloßfalle unter Entstehung eines Anschlagschalls anschlägt, wenn die Tür in Türschließrichtung zufällt. Das Schließblech bzw. der Einsatz sollen eine möglichst geringe Geräuschentwicklung beim Auftreffen der Schloßfalle auf das Schließblech bzw. den Schließbereich bewirken. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird vorgeschlagen, die Anschlagkante als Einsatz auszubilden und aus einem Werkstoff herzustellen oder mit einem Werkstoff zu beschichten, welcher den Anschlagschall dämpft. <IMAGE>
